After the success of the “Nu Metal SUCKS” rant from two years ago, Dillon, Justin and myself will embark on a new mini-series. In between the regularly scheduled music reviews, we will be sharing episodes surrounding us watching the crappiest nu metal music videos we can find and riffing on them as we did the Grammys and the MTV VMAs. We haven’t started filming yet, but we already have about 15 or so music videos selected so we have our work cut out for us. Check back here for further updates, and of course, new reviews.

Just set up my new computer and I should be able to review RAW 1000 and have a new MUES Reviews for the first Sunday of August. Excited? I’m excited.

I just had a brand new hard drive installed in my computer and am on the road back. I should back at it within the next couple weeks. Only problem is that it will take some time to remake the intros and recollect all my video elements I acquired over the past two years. Plan is to continue to bring you RAW Reactions on a consistent weekly basis while producing two episodes of MUES Reviews a month, one every over week. More to come.

Yeah, so after a week, my computer still refuses to boot up properly. Needless to say, I will be taking the time off for the next couple weeks until things are back up and running. I need the time off anyway. In the mean time, I will be planning on reviews to do when I return. So far, I plan on running down the Top 10 Rock Singles, reviewing Bieber’s new CD, and possibly going more into depth with “Call Me Maybe.”

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo…that’s about it. Thank you for your patience and revisiting previous episodes in my absence.

This is pretty self-explanatory. If you run a blog, a website or just make videos of your own, help spread the word about MuesProductions.com I can use all the promotion I can get and am open to suggestions or ideas as to what might help. Music sites, wrestling sites, sports sites in general. Let them know what we’re doing here.

The video about speaks for itself. The tab on the header for “Support Independent Music” is functional, and artists are being added all the time. All you have to do is send me videos, websites, profiles or samples of any local or independent artists you know, and I will feature them. You can connect with me through Twitter, YouTube, video comments on this site, or my Facebook fan page. They can be any genre. Band, solo, rapper, YOURSELF. It doesn’t matter. Send me whatever info you can find and I’ll do the rest.

I’m still trying to get shit figured out with WordPress, but will continue to at least post the video links on there in place of the actual embedded video.

THIS WEEKEND’S VIDEO: Top WORST Pop Singles of 2011 (with some familiar faces)

I really appreciate all the support you guys have shown in the last two weeks while I’ve been away on a trip for work. I am going to be on my way back this Friday morning and will be starting on my Justin Bieber Christmas CD review as soon as I can. The same goes for my next RAW Reactions review. I’m not 100% sure of what episode I’ll be reviewing, but I will pick up and it will be like I never left.
