I think Cole is getting unnecessary flack for that “missed call”. Punk gave Lawler a standard Urinage that he has used numerous times in the past in setting up the Anaconda VIce.
If you actually look at the way Punk stalled, it looked like a rock bottom into the vice which is technically what he does, but not with that much of a delay.

this Raw was just fucking horrible. so was Smackdown before too. Last Smackdown was a little better though.
